All personal information held by the Company is stored in a secure manner, using physical and technological security measures in compliance with the GDPR.
Any keys to your property are held on anonymous key rings, identifiable only by company reference number.
Sharing personal information
The Company does not share your personal information with any third parties, except where required in case of an emergency – i.e. giving contact and insurance information to your vet, if treatment is required.
The Company would like to send you marketing communications to keep you informed of news about the Company and changes to legislation or local news which may affect your pet (i.e. lead requirements, outbreak of kennel cough). In compliance with GDPR, the Company will not add you to any contact lists for marketing communications unless you have given us your explicit consent to do so.
